     Demonstrably not true for my S7 portable #surveillance and #tracking device. You can install #LineageOS if your phone supports it. Better yet: S3 with #Replicant.

     Installed #TWRP, successfully replaced stock #Android with #LineageOS and enabled root on a J3.

     Worked like a charm on lenovo-A3300h as well: twrp-3.0.0-0-a3300 and LOS_14.1_A3300. Even changed the boot animation.
