In #Guix we have:
Number of packages: 6780
Number of outputs: 7074
(which might or might not take my own repositories in counting), external stats say 5971. Of those 5971 3025 are supposedly up to date, so 61.2%.

@kkebreau Since April 2012 by 196 countributors in Guix that is quiet an achievement.
Debian since 1993 has 7,641 contributors.
